E-Library

E-library of “Goce Delcev” University is a service that meets the needs of the new and modern manner of studying and it is created fully in favor of the students and the employed of the University. The University E-library collects the publications from all 13 faculties and associate institutes that operate within the University on one place. All important publications, textbooks, teaching aids and specialized manuals are now available to those who need them mostly, our students. You can find a large number of electronic publications of professional literature that you need on the digital shelves of the E-library. The electronic library reserves are constantly enriched; therefore the free access to professional literature is increased. Through the service E-library, the “Goce Delcev” University provides its students with fast, simple and free access to the required literature. E-library for modern studying!

UGD Web Visibility

The aim of the project is to improve web performance indicators at the University Goce Delchev and increase the volume of content posted on the university web domains that are indexed by the major commercial search engines. The aim of the project is to make network among academic staff at the university in order to increase communication and availability of the Internet, and it also represents the increasing visibility of the university. UGD - academic repository

E-repository is a collection of scientific research publications by researchers at the University of Goce Delchev, Stip. This e-Repository serves to manage, preserve and make available the academic works of the faculty, postgraduate students, and research groups. The collection includes faculty publications, masters and doctoral theses. This repository is updated regularly, and new items are added continuously to the database.

UGD - Scholar

UGD Scholar portal is based on the Open Scholar and the system is designed for academic environments as a tool for creating academic personal web pages, in order to foster online collaboration and to provide relevant information on publications, biographies, classes and more.

UGD Scholar offers a new generation of personal academic web pages. Now anyone can easily create and manage dynamic and individualized website interface easy to use and looks and sense of unique personal expression.

Applying direct methods for digital image restoring

The goal of this project is using the mathematical model for process of the image blurring to develop efficient and confidential methods for digital image restoring. In the focus will be the methods for removing the blur from image, caused by uniform linear movement, that are significant in the applications for removing the blur from the x-ray images, systems for automatic recognition of the registration plates, bar code images, LCD televisions and monitors etc. Nowadays, image restoring is subject of intensive researches in the industry and scientific institutions. The big multinationals companies as Samsung, Philips, Siemens and others are investing money in the scientific-researches from this area.

iOERc - Integrating E-Learning and Open Educational Resources into Classroom

The aim of the project is to increase the human capacity in high schools that will work on the integration of ICT in teaching through the application of technologies for e-learning and through creation of digital content for education in the form of online OERs. The project will provide training for the creation of digital content and the integration of ICT in teaching that is designed for a critical number of teachers from each partner organization. Creation of a critical number of digital content for teaching that will be used by all partner organizations and the wider community of teachers is also foreseen with the project. Besides teachers, students who will use these OERs will benefit from the project.

OERarD - Developing Open Educational Resources and Blended Modules for Agriculture and Rural Development

Aiming to provide means for improvement of human capacity this project will contribute to the creation of critical number of experts and on-line OER tools that will provide service to farmers and rural community in order to increase their agricultural production, but to be aware on the necessity for environmental protection as well. Groups of extension specialists in plant production and plant protection, along with organic farmers will be exposed to the foreign experiences in applying Integrated Pest Management and Organic farming principles on a farm level. HEI, members of this consortium will join forces in order to create short-term courses on most important IPM and Organic principles which will be practical know-how transfer.
